Do not rent unit without seeing in person. Peeling siding is not visible from the craigslist ad. The tree in the back needs constant trimming or else it will scrape the roof. The tree also has roots growing into the siding. Roof leaks in master bedroom, I complained about it for 6 months every time it rained before I finally tarped it myself. I am pretty sure the leak was causing mold in the walls. The location is just fantastic though.
